B&K 2238 Mediator SOUND LEVEL METER REPAIR
INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION
It is the instrument for the detection of sound pressure, used by laboratories, professionals and agencies for the detection of acoustics.
It is a class 1 integrating sound level meter; through the various post-processing software provided by B&K, the functionality of the instrument itself is completed for the assessment of environmental noise or exposure to noise in the workplace, up to the control of industrial quality and development.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service provides for repair in 2/3 days for general operating faults and/or related to the electronics of the instrument itself. The service does not include replacement of the microphone and/or display.
At the end of the repair, the instrument is NOT calibrated.
The repair service can be extended to the accessories supplied with the instrument (printer 2318, filter 1/3 – 1/1 octave 1625); the repair service of the accessories (not included in the price listed below), requires the shipment of the sound level meter too.
OPERATION
The sound level meter must be delivered directly or by a courier, after a telephone request for the authorization number (RMA); this number will univocally identify the repair of the object and will be reported in all shipping and invoicing documents.
COST
The cost for the above described repair service is € 410,00 (VAT excluded).
COMMERCIAL INFO
The repair is covered by a warranty for 90 days from the date of the repair.
The listed price refers to the repair of the instrument and is net of VAT (excluding VAT) and transport.
