B&K 4231 CALIBRATOR REPAIR – TYPICAL FAULTS
INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION
This is the instrument that allows the verification and calibration of the Bruel&Kjaer sound level meters. The calibrator provides an acoustic signal of 94 dB and 114 dB at 1 kHz, with which it is possible to check the calibration of the sound level meters.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service provides for repair in 2/3 days. Included in the service: the problems caused by loss of acid from the batteries and also all the electronic defects that cause the failure or incorrect operation of the calibrator itself. The repair cost does not include the replacement of the acoustic transducer and/or the keyboard (a further service is possible for the latter case, click for details).
OPERATION
We do service for all the European countries. The calibrator must first be delivered to our premises, directly or by courier, following a telephone request for the authorization number (RMA); this number will univocally identify the repair of the object and will be reported in all shipping and invoicing documents.
COST
The cost for the typical faults – B&K 4231 calibrator repair service described above, is € 235,00 (VAT excluded).
COMMERCIAL INFO
The repair is covered by a warranty for 90 days from the date of the repair.
The listed price refers to the repair of the instrument and is net of VAT (excluding VAT) and transport.
