The service provides for repair in 4/5 days for any fault involving the internal electronics. This repair service can be extended to the accessories supplied with the instrument (printer 2318, filter 1/3 – 1/1 octave 1625).
The service does not provide for the replacement of the microphone and/or display.
Any accredited certification application (which will be performed by an accredited external laboratory) may be requested as an optional service.

MODEL NOT IN LIST
If the model for which repair is requested, is not included in the list, please contact our customer service to verify the possibility of real repair.
By communicating the fault present on the instrument (attaching any useful picture), the cost of repair is provided for this class of instrument and it will be possible to require a repair.
By sending the instrument to our laboratory, we will first check the real problem and then:
– if the fault is caused by the electronics of the instrument itself, we proceed to the repair at the communicated price;
– if the problem is different, the possible solution will be communicated; in this second case, any decision not to proceed, stops the repair. The instrument is then returned and the service will not be charged (with the exception of shipping costs).
