PEDAL EFFORT METER REPAIR
Memory System has activated, among its services, the repair of the pedal effort meter. This is the load cell used in Maha brake test benches.
As is known to experts, during the measurement of the braking capacity on the brake test bench, an essential tool is the load cell that allows to detect the effort during the braking operation.
In this case, we are talking about the object that can be used indifferently on the brake pedal or on the brake lever. This same load cell, in fact, when equipped with only the velcro strap, is installed on the brake pedal; when instead it is complete with the metal adapter, it can be used to measure the lever effort.
Despite the excellent mechanical engineering, this tool comes with electrical / electronic problems caused by wear.
Now, for all cases of wear malfunction, cell replacement is NOT needed anymore, but repair is possible.
Memory System is able to provide a quick and effective repair service, even for the pedal effort meter.
By sending us the non-functioning load cell, we will repair it, at a cost of € 240 (excluding VAT and transport).
The repair cost includes, where necessary, the replacement of the cable and connector if damaged.
At the end of the repair, the cell will be tested with the IFB LON tool.
