B&K 2260 sound level meter – Battery compartment cover
Memory System has redesigned the battery compartment cover for the B&K 2260 sound level meter.
The Bruel & Kjaer 2260 sound level meter is an excellent instrument, despite having been out of production for almost a decade. It is a complete instrument, which thanks to the different installable software, makes it suitable for different professional needs.
Thanks to its versatility and completeness of its functions, it still remains a widely used instrument.
As all portable instruments, the 2260 – Investigator sound level meter also has some components that wear out or become damaged over time.
We have already dealt with the replacement of the keyboard covering membrane (see article in this regard); in this article we present the battery compartment cover, which can now be ordered again from Memory System.
We all know that the instrument is out of production and no longer supported by the parent company; this is valid even as regards the supply of parts or components that wear out or damage over time.
Precisely for the requests received from our customers, and given now the impossibility of finding the object from the parent company, we have redesigned the cover in order to supply it as a spare.
